E-Commerce Dashboard
In today’s fast-paced e-commerce landscape, having quick access to actionable insights is crucial for driving business growth and optimizing performance. To address this need, I developed an interactive dashboard for Glimp Group, a fictional beauty and wellness e-commerce company. Although this project was based on the PF20 Challenge dataset, I saw its potential for practical application and used it to build a robust dashboard that supports data-driven decisions across various levels of leadership.
Coffee Shop Sales Report
This dashboard provides sales managers with key insights into performance metrics such as total sales, transactions, and units sold. It highlights sales trends, product performance, and store comparisons, helping managers identify top-selling categories and optimize strategies. The dashboard also offers an in-depth look at customer behaviors, such as peak purchase times, enabling data-driven decisions to boost sales and efficiency.
HR Diversity & Retention Dashboard
This HR Diversity & Retention Dashboard project aims to provide actionable insights into workforce demographics, compensation structures, and retention trends within an organization. The goal is to help HR teams and business leaders make data-driven decisions that promote diversity, optimize compensation strategies, and reduce employee turnover.
